Fuel Price Rises
Everybody
knows about fuel that we use for our daily life such as motor vehicle, machine,
etc. Fuel is the most important parts of transportation where it is the food most
of vehicles. There
are some fractions that are rejected, but also there are fractions that support this program to
increase the fuel price. Maybe some of people would assume that if the fuel price is increased, then they would lose their jobs; hard to buy anything because all they
need will rise and will be expensive. For now, this very appropriate reason why most society in
middle low income reject this, but we have to see the terrible effects in the
future as well why the government should rise the fuel price. This
is about the condition of a country “Indonesia” which has problem about fuel
price; the problem of why the government should take policy to increase the
fuel prices, finding the best way for this problem and problems which would
relate in this rising fuel price.
As
we know that every problem is related to the other problems, otherwise, there’s
not only one solution to solve it. The fuel price problem caused from the usage
of vehicles and import vehicle to our country which cannot stop to reduce. It
is caused by the consumption of Indonesian’s people in using vehicles, and it has
many agreements from other country to supply their vehicle in Indonesia. This
is the first problems that makes subsidies had raised high. Every household has own
vehicles. Maybe they have one or more vehicles in one household. This is what
happening in Indonesia. The use of vehicle make crowded.
The
usage of fuel subsidies should be taken for the people who have middle low
income. In fact, many people who have middle high income use these fuel
subsidies. It makes our government cost budget is rising to import much fuel. The
second reason is the government would increase the prices of fuel because
Indonesia is the cheapest region of oil price in the ASEAN region.
Indonesia fuel price is cheapest when compared with Vietnam (RON 92) S $ 15
553; Laos Rp 13 396; Cambodia Rp 13,298, and Rp 10,340 Myanmar.
The usage of
fuel every year is increasing. It has same direction with the import of
vehicles to Indonesia. If the government agrees to increase the fuel price, it
will make the poor people hard to buy it or even they would lose their jobs. They
would lose their jobs because it is hard to buy the fuel also influence to
other things that can make the poor people difficult to buy and pay everything such
as food, drinks, clothes, pay the education for their children, pay tax, etc.
This
is the rational reason why the government should increase the fuel prices. Reducing fuel subsidies will compensate communities along the middle low class intended to correct the miss target subsidies to the middle
high class. The government should control the usage of fuel which
should not miss target to the middle high and raise the price of fuel. It’s not
to suppress the people in the middle low, but also the welfare the citizen to understand
the condition of the country. From now, the government can change the mindset of the citizen and provide solutions to increase the national income. If fuel prices
go up, the government should also fix the subsidy system which is misguided.
Government has to control the vehicle which is very important for Indonesia
itself. This is done so that the economy can be fixed, plus jobs, repair
infrastructure. If the budget money can be used effectively, the price will
definitely be back to normal, increase prosperity, and state expenditure on
fuel which is not reasonably can be resolved.
