Everybody
has different ability to create something and doing something that challenging.
Thinking is the first thing that makes different; physical ability also makes
difference. Self confidence is the part of human ability in doing activities.
Everybody has different self confidence which created from our mind in doing
some activities. Self confidence is useful when person is in the situation that
challenging and need to be able to do it. It can be useful when we in the situation
such as doing presentation, being a presenter, being a leader, etc. if you have
low confidence just thinking as you can do the best and believe I yourself to
do it very well. Now, here are some tips to build your self confidence.
Firstly,
when you will do some challenging activities like presentation, the best thing
that you should do is preparation. If you do not prepare it well, it same as
you did not want to do the best as you can do. From preparing anything, you can
get more ready to do it. After you prepared it well, second thing that you can
do is train yourself. Train yourself to do it just like a drama in front of the
mirror. It can make your confidence build up.
The
third thing that you should do is positive thinking. Positive thinking is the most
important thing that you should do. If you did not do this or you just that you
cannot do it, you should change your feeling and that negative thinking to be
positive. The fourth is you should to do the best as you can. When you are
already in that situation and you are already nervous, it is normal because you
did not want to do worst thing that makes you shy. When you prepared well,
train yourself and positive thinking that believe you can do, your nervous will
be gone.
